Submit a Claim - Claim Instructions

As a reminder, only individuals who are members of the Settlement Class can submit a claim to receive a payment from the Settlement. The Settlement Class is defined as all persons who purchased a home that was listed on a Multiple Listing Service (“MLS”) anywhere in the United States where a commission was paid to any brokerage in connection with the transaction during the Class Periods. There are certain exclusions; and the Settlement Class does not include people who have sold a home and are part of settlements in separate home seller settlements.

For more information about the Class Periods and membership in the Settlement Class, please see FAQ 5.
